Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01 The Tenderer shall have minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supplying of related products in Bangladesh.02 Sample must match the approved specification; otherwise, contract may be cancelled.03 The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (One) number of contracts of supplying of related product within last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Bank /Financial Institutions/NGOs among them there must have at least one completion certificate of supplying related products amounting tk. Thirty Lac taka in a single contract.04 Tenderer must submit recent original Bank solvency certificate and credit commitment.05 In case of limited company, the certificate of incorporation or registration of firm must be submitted.06 Valid trade License for the FY 2025-2026 must be submitted.07 Payment of last Fiscal Year Income Tax or Income Tax Certificate i.e, 2024-2025 with E-TIN Number.08 VAT registration certificate must be submitted.09 Tenderer must declare that they have the capacity to supply the products on time.10 If the tenderer authorizes a person to sign on behalf tenderer, original copy of the Authorization letter & NID of the authorized person must be submitted.11 Product delivery point 64 (Sixty-Four) District (Regional) office & Head office of Palli Sanchay Bank. Delivery cost will be borne by the Tenderer.
