  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03 (three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of this Invitation for Tender (IFT))b) The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience as a Prime Service Provider in providing Service personnel in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous institutions of the public sector. The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least one (01) contract of two (02) years (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature (service personnel), complexity and method, performed fully satisfactorily with a value of BDT 2.5 (two and half) crore under a single or multiple (max. 5) number of contracts. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of this Invitation for Tender (IFT))c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 60 (Sixty) lakh over the last 03 (three) financial years.d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 60 (sixty) lakh.
