Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Tenderers having 5 years overall business experience and minimum specific experience as Supplier as Prime Contractor in supply of Delivery of Goods of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of five (5) years. Evidence of Work Order, Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount, item list, date etc. are required.(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 5 years with a value of at least of BDT 14,40,000.00 in Bangladesh i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 14,40,000.00. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.d) Quoted price shall include all expenses such as product price, import cost, all local taxes, insurance, transportation and other related expenses to deliver and install the product at sites as stated in TDS and PCC.(e) Bidder/ Tenderer are requested to quote price including applicable VAT and AIT.10. Terms of Payment10.1 The method and conditions of payment to be made to the Supplier under this Contract shall be as follows:(a) Advance Payment: Not Applicable(b) On Delivery of accessories and on completion of Installation: One Hundred percent (100%) of the Price of the Goods and related Services shall be paid upon Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Network Nodes as well as submission of Implementation Design, Implementation documents (specified in GCC Clause 5) of a claim supported by the Acceptance Certificate issued by the Purchaser.
