Eligibility of Tenderer : 01.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services (Windows/Office Licensed Software ) as Supplier shall be 10 (Ten) years.02.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Reputed Brand Windows/Office Software in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organization/Financial organization sector) of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least BDT 25,000,00/- (Twenty Five Lac Taka). i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Please submit work completion certificate and contract documents.03.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 20,000,00/- (Twenty Lac Taka). ). i.e. Must be submitted CPTU prescribed Format.04. Bank Solvency (After Tender Published Date) Certificate from schedule bank.05. The Tenderer must have to Submit Up to date Trade License.06. The Tenderer must have to Submit Up to date TIN Certificate with Tax Clearance Certificate.07. Tenderer must have to submit the updated ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Certificate, Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) membership Certificate. 08. The Tenderer must have to Submit a Valid 13 Digit BIN Certificate.09. Other conditions in the Tender Documents.
