Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:1. Valid and up to date Trade Licence..2. Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number(13 Digit).3. Income Tax Certificate or Acknowledgement Slip for the Assessment Year 2024-2025 or latest issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submissionof income taxreturn.4. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods andrelated services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. Years counting backward from thedate of publication of IFT in the newspaper.5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one(1) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with avalue of at least BDT 16,00,000.00 ( Sixteen Lakh) Only.6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or creditline(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, oftheTenderers shall be BDT 25,00,000.00 ( Twenty Five Lakh) Only.7. Tenderer shall have to submit the copy of catalogue from the manufacturer including offered product description; detail specifications; technical drawings ( If applicable) for the offered products. 8. Other conditions specified in TDS & PCC.
