Valid trade license2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration number (BIN)3. Valid license from the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE)4. Proof of fulfillment of its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions, if any, under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladeshand any other document required as per the Procurement Rules of Services through Outsourcing-2025 (Memo No. 07.00.0000.000.153.99.0001.21-178; Date: 15/04/2025 of Ministry of Finance) and any other prevailing laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required : 1. The tenderer shall have at least 3(Three) years of general experience in contracting industries in public sector.2. The tenderer shall have the minimum specific experience as a Service Provider in providing service personnel (Outsourcing) of at least ONE contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 23.00 Lacs .3.
