Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, all partners shall have minimum 05 (five) years of General Experience of works.The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, at least one partner shall have specific experience of successfully completing minimum one contract of Maintenance of Electrical Substations not below 33/11KV level in any Govt. power utility in Bangladesh within last 05 (five) years amounting contract value of at least Taka 1,25,00,000.00 (One Crore Twenty Five Lakh) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer over the last Three years shall be at least Taka 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh).The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh) only.Salary and Festival Bonus of supplied manpower, Rent of Vehicle, Logistics and Service Commission must comply as specified in TDS.To be technically responsive a Tenderer must get minimum 70% of total score to qualify as per the scoring criteria and meet other requirements as specified in TDS.
