  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specified magnetic level indicator,Diaphragm Chemical Rubber valve, Portable Ultrasonic Flow meter at section: 05 (Form e-PG3-4).3.In case of other factory products bidder's specified manufacturing company have to satisfy all the technical parameter that described at section: 05 (Form e-PG3-4).4. The bidder must have the satisfactory complition certificate as specific experience of supplying same types of Magnetic Level Indicator,Chemical Rubber Valve and Ejectors at Govt. or Private Power plant of minimum 25(Twenty five) lakh taka(summations of mentioned 03 (three) items) in a single or double contract at last 03(three) years the counting backward from the date of opening the tender.The certificate must be in the official pad having detail address and contact number of PE's office.5.The bidder have to submit the manufacturer's company's product catalogue for item no:01 to item no:09.6.The bidder have to submit the manufacturer authorization letter for Diaphragm Chemical Rubber .7.The bidder have to submit the warranty certificate from manufacturer company for all items.8.The bidder have to submit the operation and maintenance manual with details drawing for Magnetic Level Indicator and Ultrasonic Flow Meter .9. The bidder must have the capability to fit,fix,install and calibrate all the items without modifying the existance system.
