Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip, 13 Digit BIN, and as per the current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.2. The Tenderer shall have the specific experience for the supply of similar goods (Magnetic Conductor Supply and Installation) of a minimum BDT 1,88,000.00 (One Lac Eighty Eight Thousand) under a contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. End-user certificate must be submitted along with the tender. Tenders without end-user certificates, will not be considered for evaluation.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 2,15,000.00 (Two Lac Fifteen Thousand Lac)5. The manufacturer's authorization is required. In case of supplies from the Distributor/ Dealer/ Agent/ Sub-agent of the manufacturer, an Authorization letter along with the proof of authorized distributorship/ dealership/ Agent ship/ Sub-agent ship has to be submitted.The Tenderer should supply goods from the same entity whose authorization is submitted in this Tender.
