Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall be submitted the following documents: 1. Valid and up to date Trade Licence. 2. VAT Registration Certificate(13 Digit BIN). 3. Tax Clearance Certificate or Acknowledgement Slip as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-2025 or Latest. 4. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3(Three) years. 5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least BDT 3,00,000.00 (Taka Three Lakh Only). 6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of theTenderers shall be BDT 5,00,000.00 (Taka Five Lakh Only). 7. Other conditions are specified in TDS and PCC.
