Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of goods at section: 05 (Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).3.The bidder has to provide the sample of all items by their own cost and own responsibility if the PE office wants.4.The bidder's provided sample must have ambush seal of manufacturer's company if the PE office wants.5.The bidder's provided sample must be as same as the products preserved at PE's office if the PE office wants.6. The bidder have to submit the satisfactory completion experience certificate of supplying similar types(officaial dress or Helmet or Safety shoes etc.) of goods at govt or autonomus organization of minimum 06 (Six lakh) lakh taka in a single contract at last 03(three) years, the counting date will be start from the IFT date of tender. 7.The bidder have to submit the warranty certificate of their products.
