Tenderer have to submit updated TIN and TAX Certificate.3. Updated Trade Licence.4. VAT Registration Certificate.5. Ownership Documents.6. NID7. The Tenderer should submit product datasheets and safety data sheets(SDS/MSDS) for the item and certificate of analysis.8.Tenderer will provide sample of chemical before the delivery .9. A Manufacturer Authorisation Letter should be submitted by the tenderer . 10. Experience Certificates of any chemical supply should be submitted as per TDS.
