  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) Valid Trade license for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.(2) Bank solvency certificate.(3) Income tax clearance certificate (2023-2024).(4) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate.(5) Up-to-date TIN certificate.(6) Renewed Agriculture/Marketing License and relevant work experience certificate.(7) Ownership Certificate.(8) National ID Card with one copy passport-size color Photograph.** Tenderer must be submited 1 (One) Kg Sampale on opening date before opeining time.
  Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : 1) High Qualities Lentils.2) The color and quality of lentils (MUSUR DAL) should be appropriate as per the instructions of Police Headquarters. If the random sample of lentils submitted with the tender is collected and sent to an accredited laboratory for testing, all expenses in this regard will be borne by the tenderer. The lentils supplied by the committee will be accepted on the basis of the test report.3) According to the instructions of the Police Headquarters, Lentils (MUSUR DAL) should be packaged and supplied in highquality transparent polybags of 3.5 kg, 4 kg and 5.5 kg and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the package.4) As a general and special condition of the contract, lentils will be supplied as per the sample kept at Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur.
