  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.2) Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded.(a)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. In general experience certificate the tender period/supply period must be mentioned from date to date. i.e.(b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5,30,000/- only . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.(c) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk.6,20,000/- only issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP System. (ITT Clasue-9.1;From PG2-5);(d) The tenderer must submit TIN certificate in the e-GP System.(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.(f) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.(g) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).(i) Sample 1(One) Kg. Masur Dal (High Quality Deshi Small Grain) must be submitted to in 3 containers to the Office Of The Assistant Director, Fire Service and Civil Defence, Rangamati as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time(j) All others terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.(k) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officers.
