Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 01.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services (Desktop/Laptop Computer) as Supplier shall be 10 (Ten) years.02.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Reputed Brand Computer/Laptop in Government/Simi Government/Autonomous organization/Financial organization sector) of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the 02 (Two) years, with a value of at least BDT 1,000,0000/- (One Core). i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.03.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 85,000,00/- (Eighty-Five Lac Taka) i.e. Must be submitted CPTU prescribed Format.04. Bank Solvency (After Tender Published Date) Certificate from schedule bank.05. The Tenderer must have to Submit Up to date Trade License. 06. The Tenderer must have to Submit Up to date TIN Certificate with Tax Clearance Certificate.07. The Tenderer must have to Submit a Valid 13 Digit BIN Certificate. 08. The Tenderer have to submit the last 03 years audit report.09. Tenderer Must have to fully comply with technical Specification and Qualification Criteria accordingly as per tender required/TDS (otherwise non-responsive).10.Bidder must be submitted Manufacture Authorization letter for Laptop and AIO PC. 11. Original Manual/Brochures of items (Laptop and AIO PC) must be submitted as applicable.12. Bidder must submit OEM warranty certificate of proposed item as per the technical specifications. warranty should be provided for this unit from the date of successfully delivered and acceptance.13.
