Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A. Requirements for theTenderers:1. NID & Renewed Trade License.2. Updated / valid VAT registration certificate and Income Tax Certificate.3. Authorization letter on the letter-headpad of the tenderer.4. The minimum general experience certificate as a supplier of goods and related services of tenderer shall be last 03 (Three) years.5. Tenderer who will have the minimum past specific experience certificate as a supplier in the supply of the Reagent Grade Chemicals / Similar type of goods at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk.1,50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only). 6. At the time of the delivery, tenderers shall have to submit the test certificate of the Reagent Grade Chemicals carried out by the manufacturer.7. Valid license for selling, supplying and carrying of Acid.B. Special terms and conditions:1. Every item of Reagent Grade Chemicals should be supplied in the sealed, new, thick and hard plastic Containers/Glass Bottles /wooden Cartons without changing their original labeling/Sealing /Packing .2. Item(s) supplied in the form of re-packing / re-labeling/ re-sealing /broken / not matched with technical specifications shall not be accepted.3.
