  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up-to-date Trade license, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.2. Authorization letter: Original Manufacturer's authorization letter for the Main unit of HVAC System (Item-1) should be submitted. Manufacturer's authorization for accessories is not required.3. Engineers CV has to be submitted for at least 02 Engineers.4. Model, Brand, Country of origin and all specification must be submitted.5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2(Two) contracts successfully completed within the last [5] years, with a Total value of at least Tk. [49.00] Lakh only.6. Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (49.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh. The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG3-8,) Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.7. Catalogue in English: Full catalogue and technical data sheet have to be submitted with tender documents (Item no:1-main Unit & Item no:2)
