Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience in the supply, installation, and commissioning of Civil Engineering equipment.ii. The tenderer shall have specific experience of having successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract for the supply of similar or equivalent equipment within the last 05 (five) years, each with a minimum value of Tk. 8.00 Lac, under any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Private Organization in Bangladesh.iii. The tenderer shall have a minimum liquid asset, working capital, or credit line(s) amounting to Tk. 8.00 Lac. Supporting documents (scanned copy only) shall be issued between the date of publication and the submission deadline of the tender, in the prescribed format.iv. Manufacturer-s Authorization, Technical Specifications shall be submitted with the bid.v. Manufacturer's must have ISO Certificate.vi. The tenderer shall submit valid and up-to-date copies of the following documents: a) Income Tax Clearance Certificate b) VAT Registration Certificate c) Trade Licensevii. Other eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions shall be as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of the tender document, in accordance with PPR-2025.
