Eligibility of Tenderer : Up-to-date Trade license, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.Up-to-date IRC Certificate.List of Engineer: The supplier shall have at least 02(Two) manufacturer certified Engineer and training certificate of the engineer must be submitted with the tender documents for item no:10 & 15.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2(Two) contracts successfully completed within the last [5] years, with a Total value of at least Tk. [135.00] Lakh only. Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (135.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG3-8,) Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
