Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer shall have Minimum 10 years of general experience in the supply of ICT infrastructure and related services.2. The Tender shall have successfully completion of supply and installation of smart Conference/ Auditorium/ ICT LAB/ Online Class infrastructure and related services in Government or Semi-Government Training/Educational institution in Bangladesh with a value of minimum Tk. 20,00,000 (Twenty lac) under single contract in the last 3 (three) years.3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 25,00,000 (Twenty five lac).4. Only Completion / Acceptance Certificates are accepted. Please do not upload more than 1 (one) certificate. Certificates containing Servers/Software/Database/Firewall/Surveillance/Access Control/PA System are not accepted. Subcontract or consortium is not allowed for this procurement.5. Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter directly issued to the bidder. or Distributors Cerfificte issued by the Manufacturer. In case of Distributor's Authorisation Letter to the local partner, Distributor's Distribution Certificate is requied to attach.6. Valid Membeship Certificate of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) or Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).
