  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in any kind of works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) Years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(b) The Tenderer must be an enlisted Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution PLC's Gas Pipe Line contractor of Class 1.4. (according to the updated list)(c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Gas Pipe Line construction-related works under the public sector of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Taka 13,00,000/-(Thirteen Lac).(e) After contract signing, the contractor must submit a permission letter issued by the Department of Explosives, Bangladesh, before commencement of the work.
