Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Following documents to be furnished by the tenderer:1. The tenderer should have up To Date Trade license.( Attested Copy)2. The tenderer should have up to date income tax certificate (TIN) ( Attested Copy).3.The tenderer should have VAT registration certificate ( Attested Copy).4. The tenderer should have national ID ( Attested Copy).5. The tenderer Should have Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank7. Inspection company/agency who have experienced on Heavy lifting equipment & Pressure test, shall carry out load testing activities only. Sub-contracting activities is not allowed.8. Inspection Company must have a license or an updated name enlistment for inspection work in the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE) of GOB.9. Inspection Company must have DIFE approved inspector(s) and will perform the said inspection & testing works. Inspector(s) will thoroughly check the equipment during inspection & testing and give comment/recommendation (if any) of findings.10. Required load (weight) & necessary all testing arrangement shall be conducted by Inspection Company.11. Inspection Company shall carry out test as per standard test procedure and instruction of Engineer in Charge (EIC).12. Inspection Company shall have related ISO Certificate. ISO number is to be mentioned in the offer.13. Inspection Company must submit at least one updated experience certificate on performing load testing work at GOB organization like BCIC, BPDB etc.14. After completion of test, Inspection Company will submit test report duly authorized sign of the inspector.
