Legal StatusThe Tenderer must be a legally registered firm in BangladeshTrade LicenseVAT Registration CertificateTIN CertificateUp-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest assessment year.2. Experience RequirementThe Tenderer must have minimum 01 (one) completed contract of supplying similar goods (Ink Cartridge / Toner / Printer or equivalent ICT consumables & equipment)The value of the completed contract shall be not less than Tk 10,00,000.00 within the last 03 (three) years.3. Financial CapacityThe Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover of Tk 15,00,000.00 over the last 03 (three) years.4. Liquidity / Credit LineMinimum liquid assets or working capital or credit line of Tk 5,00,000.00.5. Manufacturer Authorization (If Applicable)In case of branded items (Printer, Original Toner/Ink):Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) / Authorized Dealer Certificate must be submitted.6. Technical ComplianceThe offered goods must strictly comply with the Technical Specifications mentioned in the Tender Document.7.
