Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate2. Must have a certificate of general experience of the last 03 (three) years as a supplier to a government/semi-government/autonomous/established private organization. The said work experience must be within 03 (three) years from the date of publication of the tender.3. Must have a certificate of experience in supplying plant machinery in a single work order of 42 (forty-two) lakhs taka within the last 05 (five) years as a supplier to a government/semi-government/autonomous/established private organization.4. Must have an original certificate of bank commitment of 59.50 (sixty-nine lakhs fifty thousand) taka as liquidity asset/working capital/credit line money issued by any scheduled bank in accordance with the proposed supply work. The original certificate of commitment must be issued by the bank in the Letter of Commitment for bank-s under taking for line of credit format in the tender schedule and the certificate must be issued within the tender submission period from the date of publication of the tender.
