Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer should have a trade license, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate, and the latest Tax Assessment Certificate.The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.Tenderers from all countries except Israel are eligible.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system, with a value of at least Tk. 1,500,000 (Fifteen lakh).The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments, is BDT 2300000 (Twenty three lakh). This should be supported by a bank certificate issued not before six months from the date of tender opening.Special Instruction: In case of credit line, the specific format attached in Section 6 (drawing), must be used.FAILURE TO SUBMIT ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENT IN ONLINE MODE (e-GP) WILL MAKE THE BIDDER NON-RESPONSIVE STRAIGHTAWAY.
