Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, TIN Certificate, updated Income Tax Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate.Tenderer shall have to submit authorization letter from manufacturer (OEM)/authorized Representative/authorized Importer.Tenderer must have 10 years of general experience ( Tendere's first works exprience will be counted) and 5 years of similar experience (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).Tenderer shall submit the Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply I&C/Electrical spares of PLC controller, IO cards,interface module etc. or similar Goods of minimum 4000000.00 BDT (Thirty Lakh) under maximum 1 contract in the last 5 years.The Tenderer shall have minimum Tk.50 (Fifty) Lac only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.Others documents specified in TDS and PCC.
