Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate,valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.Upto dated Acid license and Acid carrying license is must.2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the ApplicableLaw.3. Tenderers must have similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical productionfactorys agent documents.4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar supply experience otherwise tender will benon-responsive.5. Tenderers must submit 1L sample before 28-09-2025 in office of the cheifchemist, Bibiyana-south, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle to fulfill therequirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer willbe non responsive.6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supplyestimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences.9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the purchaser wants.
