Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate,valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter, Upto dated Acid license and Acid carrying license is must.2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.3. Tenderers must have similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) No. supply of Hydrochloric Acid or similar supply experience related to water Treatment Plant within last Seven years otherwise tenderer will be non-responsive.5. Tenderers must submit 1L sample before 13-05-2026 at 17:00 at the office of the chief chemist, Bibiyana-south, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable air tight sealed Jar/Bottle tagging Tender ID, Tender name, Sample name, Sampling date, Sample amount etc. to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supplyestimated quantity in different segments as purchaser demands.8.
