  Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) NID & Renewed Trade license.(2) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate and Income tax certificate.(3) Authorization letter on the headpad of the tenderer.(4) The minimum number of general experiences of tenderer shall be last 5 (Five) years.(5) Tenderers who have similar hazardous chemical supplying experience at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years.(6) Tenderers who have valid acid license for selling, supplying and carrying.(7) Tenderers who will have to submit 1.5 liter hydrochloric acid (HCl) and 1.5 liter sodium hydroxide (NaOH) sample with sealed condition for pre-testing to the following address before the dead line of the tender submission:Address: Chief Chemist, Barapukuria 275MW Thermal Power Plant, 3rd Unit, BPDB, Post: Shahid Hat, Thana: Parbatipur, District: Dinajpur.Mobile No.: 01708168878(8) Every item of chemicals shall have to be qualified in the quality test carried out in the chemical laboratory, Barapukuria 275MW Thermal Power Plant, 3rd Unit, Dinajpur.(9) Hydrochloric acid transport by lorry. The contractor has to supply the Hydrochloric acid chemical amounting 25 (Twenty five) Metric Ton after sinning of contract within 20 days and rest of the 25 (Twenty five) Metric Ton will have to be supplied within 50 days after sinning of contract .(10) Sodium hydroxide transport by lorry. The contractor has to supply the Sodium hydroxide chemical amounting 20 (Twenty) Metric Ton after sinning of contract within 20 days and rest of the 20 (Twenty) Metric Ton will have to be supplied within 50 days after sinning of contract .(11) The procuring entity reserves the right to take the final decision with respect to the tenders without assigning any reason.
