Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Manufacturer/Manufacturer's Authorize Representative/ Exclusive (sole) Agent are eligible to participate the tender. If the bidder is not the Manufacturer, Authorization letter from the Manufacturer must be submitted with the tender.Bidder must have minimum 05 years- general experience of the supply of Hose Pipe/Fita Pipe/Canvas pipe with accessories of any diameter having a minimum supply value Tk. 160.00 Lac (One hundred sixty lac) under a single (1) contract in the last 3 (three) years in any Government, Semi Government or Autonomous organization. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 180.00 lac (One Hundred Eighty lac).The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 200,000 rm per year.Minimum 2 years of warranty certificates of original manufacturer.The Tenderer must have updated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration certificate and ISO certificate.Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
