Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : AS per PPA-2006 & PPR-2025 in accordance with TDS & PCC. Updated Income Tax Payment AY23-24, VAT Certificate, Trade License, NID with 01 copy pp picture, Ownership Certificate, Declaration of bidder is not blacklisted, Financial Solvency Certificate. Bank statement of the last three (03) months prior to the submission of the tender, Certificate of relevant work experience in the police department. All documents must be attested by a 1st class gazette officer. If all the information mentioned or any information is not correct, the tender submitted will be considered Non-Responsive.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : 1. High Quality DESHI MUSUR DAL 2. The instructions PHQ Per 10 grams Musur Dal must be Contained 600 Dana 2. MUSUR DAL should be packaged and supplied in high-quality transparent ploybags of 3.5 kg, 4 kg and 5.5 kg, and the weight of the product, date of production and expired date should be clearly mentioned on the package.The Tenderers must be directly submitted 0.500 Kg MUSUR DAL in a sealed transparent plastic container/polybag and mentioned tenderers address as a sample for evaluation to the office at Superintendent of Police, Panchagarh (2nd Floor) from 15/12/25 to 29/12/25, Time-09.00 AM to 16.00 PM. No sample will be accepted after 29/12/25, Time-16.00 PM and without submission of sample the tender will be considered as Non-Responsive.
