  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : -Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.-Valid VAT Registration Certificate Up to date 13 digit BIN-Up-to-date Trade License.-The tenderer must submit a Liquid Asset Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT 38 Lac (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date) -Certificate of three years of ration work experience from any department.- Within the last 3 (three) years, the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar supply contract of any ration item. The total value of the completed contract must be at least 28 Lac Taka.-The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =29 Lac, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply.- The average annual turnover of the bidder from supplying any ration item or its affiliated units in the last 3 (three) financial years = more than 1.0 crore taka.-The tender will follow PPR 2025.
