Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1). Tenderer shall have valid trade license, TIN certificate, VAT certificate and updated Income Tax Certificate/Tax Receipt Assessment Year 2023-2024. (2). The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be three (03) years. (3). The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods or similar nature or spare parts to any power utility/industries of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last three (03) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20,00,000.00 /- (Twenty Lakh TK).[a.
