Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) Years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Tenderer must be an Enlisted Contractor (1.4 Category with Updated License) of Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution PLC.(b) The satisfactory completion of the Installation/ Modification work of Gas Regulating Station (DRS/TBS/RMS) project with a minimum capacity of 60 MMSCFD, including a gas flow meter, inlet pressure above 150 psig, completed within the last five years under the supervision of Petrobangla or its affiliates, and valued at least 2,50,00,000/- (Two Crores and Fifty Lacs) BDT. This shall be supported by End user Certificate/Work completion Certificate/ Final acceptance certificate etc. from the purchaser in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly sealed and signed mentioning Contract Value and Date of Supply against specific experience; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. NOA/Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract etc. shall not be treated as evidence of specific experience.(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), of the Tenderer, net of other contractual commitments is Taka 2,50,00,000/-(Two Crores and Fifty Lacs), on or after the date of publication of Invitation for Tender (IFT) Notice.
