Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a. All Manufacturer product catalogues, brochures, describing the technical specification of the offered equipment-s must be submitted along with the Tender.b. List of recommended spare parts covering all slow-moving and routine spare parts and whatsoever required during the warranty period with a price.c. The Original Money receipt/challan is evidence of the purchase of Tender Documents by the Tenderer.d. The Tender Document along with the amendment is signed and sealed on each page.e. Manufacturer authorization to be submitted with the Tender as per form PG5A-5.f. Manufacturer-s/supplier warranty and product Quality certificate in original and also confirmation that supplied goods and services should be compatible with existing VTMIS.g. Updated company's License/ Trade License.h. Updated tax paying records with Income Tax Identification Number certificate.i. VAT Registration Certificate (for National Bidder)j. Bank Solvency Certificate (Documents must be provided for verification by email, fax etc.).k. The supplier must have the facilities for servicing the equipment within Bangladesh even after the expiry of the contracted period.l. Provision of details of any legal proceedings that are being undertaken against the company in Bangladesh.m. The Bidders must provide a detailed implementation plan for all phases of the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the VTMIS System and details of activity, duration, milestones and deliverables at each stage.n. Country of Origin certificate to be issued from Manufacturer and submitted with Tender.o.
