Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.2. The Tenderer shall have minimum 3(Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.3. The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply & related services of decoration works of minimum Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac) under single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. 4. The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac).5. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.Note:1) Vat and AIT will be deducted at source during payment at the rate of latest circular of NBR. So tenderers are advised to quote considering the Vat and AIT accordingly.2) The Tenderer should visit Rural Power Company Limited (RPCL), Asian Tower, Plot # 52, Road # 21, Level # 03, Airport Road, Nikunja-2, Khilkhet before submitting tender.
