Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer should have fulfilled all criteria's which are stated in Tender Document (i.e. stated in Tender Data Sheet, Particular Conditions of Contract & Technical Specification). In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.2. The Tenderer must heve Manufacturing Authorization form the respective satellite company. Any authorization from any reseller/partner will not be accepted.3. The Satellite company must have the capacity of capturing and selling 30 cm resolution stereo image.4. The Tenderer shall be the direct reseller/partner for at least 5 years of the Satellite Company.5. At least one experience for successfully supplying of similar image (stereo image, 30 cm resolution) for at least 1000 sq. km for any government department within last 02 years in Bangladesh.6. The Tenderer/Supplier/Consultant must have experience in stereo image processing.7. Tenderer should submit their Liquid assets certificate according to attached format in section-7 in TDS otherwise declare as non-responsive.8. After completion the tender opening process, if unable to download any important document of the tender, which considered to tender evaluation process, may be treated as nonresponsive.9. Tenderer should submit up-to-date Trade license/VAT/Tax Certificate.10. Amount of Liquid Assets is more than one core taka. 11. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than four core taka in last 3 years.
