Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of three (03) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.(b) The Tenderer must have specific experience of satisfactory supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 35,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Five Lakh only) under a maximum of two (2) contracts to any power sector organizations / utilities in the last three (03) years.[Note-1: The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.Note-2: Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal](c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments, of the Tenderer shall be BDT 40,00000.00 (BDT Forty Lakh only) on of after date of publication of IFT.
