Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specified chemicals at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).3.In case of other factory products bidder's specified factory products have to satisfy all the technical parameter that described at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).4. The bidder have to submit the satisfactory completion experience certificate of supplying similar types of cleaning detergent chemicals(compressor washing chemicals/RO membrane washing chemicals/Cooling tower Bio-dispersant etc.) at govt or autonomus organization of minimum 11(eleven) lakh taka in a single or double contract at last 03(three) years the counting date will be start from the opening date of tender.5. The bidder have the capability to test his specified chemicals.6.The bidder have to provide technical support or have to provide expert service of minimum 02(two) times during the cleaning of compressor blade as per requirements of PE's office .7.During cleaning time of compressor if any types of accident will occure the bidder have to take all the responsibility.8.Other conditions has been described at TDS in details.
