  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents mandatorily:1. (a) Updated Export License of the principal(b) Updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate (local agent)(c) The Local agent shall have workshop, min. 3 professional engineer and technician (Manufacturer trained) to provide after sales service promptly(d) Warranty and Genuineness Certificate, Spare parts availability certificate and Quality assurance Certificate (e) Relationship Agreement or Agency Contract between the Principal and its Local Agent2. (a) Bank Solvency certificate of the Principal(b) Details of LC Beneficiary Bank with Account Number and SWIFT code(c) Bank Solvency Certificate (local agent)3.
