Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : • Only manufacturer who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services are eligible for this tender.• The Tenderer must have a specific experience in similar nature of work (Supply of Furniture) under a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years is Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.• The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after the Publication date of the tender.• The Tenderer must have updated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration certificate and ISO certificate.• The Tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & terms and condition of tender.• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are noteligible to participate the tender.• The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
