Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer shall be a minimum 03 (Three) years.b) The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the supply of similar goods under at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 5 (Five) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous/ Renowned Private Organization successfully completed in a financial year within the last 3 (Three) years.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 7 (Seven) lac.d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.e) Setup and Configuration should be done by the Supplier.f) The supplier will conduct a comprehensive one-day demonstration and basic training session for the designated users, covering system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidelines.g) Warranty Certificate must be provided.h) Khulna University authority reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading
