Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Updated Trade Licence, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN, NID, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, (b) Minimum General Experience-3 year (c) Minimum Similar Experience-3 years with two contract price value is TK. 46 Lakh (d) Minimum Supply of food and food contingency or similar Goods is 1000 kgs/nos last 3 years in a single work order (e) Minimum Liquid Assests or working capital shall be TK 52 lakh (Bidder must be submitted bank statement or credit facilities letter from the scheduled bank) (f) Price Quoted for lot shall correspond at 100% (g) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 3 years (h) Manufacturers Authorization is not required (i) Required financial standing, such as profit and loss statements, audited balance sheet shall be past 2 years (j) tender validity period is 90 days(k) Minimum Supply of production capacity of food and food contingency 2000kgs/nos.(L) After the end of the month bill must be submitted by 10th. Bills will be paid subject to availability of funds.(M) Food and food-related supplies shall be provided until the contractor is appointed for the next year.Â
