Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have a valid Trade License.2. Updated VAT Registration Certificate.3. Bank Solvency Certificate.4. Valid TIN Certificate & updated income tax submission certificate/Acknowledgement Receipt.5. Minimum 03 (Three) years general experience and 01 (One) year experience in the relevant field.6. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter.7. Manufacturer's Warranty Certificate.8. 04(Four) years replacement Warranty of battery from delivery period.9. Valid ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate is required.10. Country of origin certificate from manufacturer.11. Catalogue/ Brochure of the EVC battery.12. The Tenderer must submit 01 (One) piece of offered EVC battery as per Technical Specifications to the PE Office as non-refundable sample before Submission of the tender. The sample receiving copy must be attached with the tender Documents.13. Tenderer must fulfill all criteria which are stated in Tender Notice, TDS, PCC & GCC.
