Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a)The tenderer/supplier shall have General experience in the supply of goods and related services at least 03 (Three) years.(b)The tenderer/supplier shall have specific experience of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 45,00,000 (Taka Forty-Five Lac), under maximum 02 (two) contract in the last 03 (three) years.(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 50,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.(d) The tenderer/supplierr shall have valid updated Trade License, valid VAT Certificate,BIN,valid TIN Certificate, shall be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025.(e) Completion/Acceptance certificate shall be considered as an experience certificate.
