Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. In support of their eligibility; the Tenderer shall submit copies of the latest relevant documents:1. Valid Trade License for FY 2025-2026.2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate and Income Tax Clearance/Return Certificate for Assessment Year 2024-2025/2023-2024.3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of general experience in the supply of goods or related services.5. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the supply of electrical goods under at least one (1) successful contract in the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20 lakh of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be BDT 34,00,000.00 (Thirty-Four Lakh Taka only). This certification must be issued after the publication date of the Invitation for Tender (IFT). The Tenderers must meet the following eligibility and qualification requirements. Failure to comply may result in the Tender being considered non-responsive.
