Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have the legal capacity to participate.2. The Tenderer must submit an updated Income Tax Certificate/ Acknowledge Receipt ofIncome Tax Return Submission, a Valid and updated Trade License, and VAT Registration..3. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.4. The Tenderer shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Computer & peripheral, IT equipment, Air conditioner and other electrical devices) of a minimum of BDT 8,00,000.00 (BDT Eight Lakh Only) under single contract in the last 02 (Two) years; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s), net of other contractualcommitments is BDT 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh only).6. The tenderer must be financially solvent.
