Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. Updated 2024-2025 e-Trade License.2. Income Tax Certificate for Assessment Year 2024-2025.4. 13 Digit BIN Certificate with last 3-month online return copy.5. Must be submitted Line of Credit Certificate or Liquid Asset Certificate.5. Updated Chamber of Commerce Certificate6. Tenderer must submit previous 03 (Three) years Audit report from a reputed Audit Firm.7. Import Registration Certificate8. Affidavit of Sole Proprietorship Company or RJSC certificate in case of Limited Companies.9. Copy of National Identity Card.10. Specimen Signature of tenderer on Company Letter Head Pad.11. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Letter in the specified format of e-GP12. Original Catalogue, Brochure, ISO Certificate must be submitted.a) Minimum 05 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services as specified in the TDS; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System(b) The satisfactory Specific Experience of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 300000/- under 01 (One) contract in any Government/ Semi Government with NOA, Contract Agreement, Work Order and Satisfactory Certifications in the last 03 (Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 280000/- as CPTU Latest format Form must be submitted.(d) The minimum amount of Tender Security Tk. 8500/- as CPTU Latest format Form must be submitted.
