Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must have the following criteria:1.Tenderer should be a chemical supplier.2.Tenderer have to submit bank solvency /Credit Commitment Letter/ guarantee certificate mentioning the tender ID No. and liquid asset as per TDS.3. Tenderer have to submit updated TIN and TAX Certificate.4. Trade Licence.5. VAT Registration Certificate.6. Ownership Documents.7. Experience Certificates of similer chemical supply must be submitted stated in PCC.8. NID9. The Tenderer must submit product datasheets and safety data sheets(SDS/MSDS) for each chemical and certificate of analysis.10.Tenderer will provide sample of each chemical before the delivery of the items as per contract.11. Tenderer must provide test certificate from Buet/BCSIR/ BCIC/any other government or autonomous laboratory during supplying chemicals.12. As per TDS.
