Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer must have Valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.2. Tenderer should have solid Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting minimum 12 (Twelve) lakhs Taka as liquid asset.3. Tenderer should have experience on supplying similer Items(Electrical cable,Electrical material and electrical consumable items) an amount of total 10 (Ten) Lakh in 2(Two)contracts within last two years. Only real supplier are being encouraged to apply.4. Tenderer having quoted the tender price more than 15 (Fifteen) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender may be rejected.5.Tenderer should have submit authorization Certificate and Technical Data of offered cables from reputed company dealer/distributor. 6. Tenderer must submit 1 (One) Year warranty certificate of all the items.
